HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end hiring activities. The person will be responsible for posting job vacancies on multiple platforms, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth communication with candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job requirements on various job portals and social media platforms.

• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job criteria.

• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.

• Maintain a daily tracker of candidates contacted, screened, and scheduled.

• Follow up with candidates for interview confirmation and joining.

• Coordinate with department heads for specific hiring needs.

• Create and maintain a candidate database for future requirements.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English).

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

• Ability to handle multiple openings at the same time.

• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

• Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any field (HR preferred).

• 0–1 years of recruitment experience (freshers with good communication can also apply).
