Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
Assist with onboarding new hires and facilitating orientation programs.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and suggest innovative sourcing strategies.
