Manage end-to-end hiring for field and store-level positions (Delivery Executives, Warehouse Staff, Area Managers, etc.)

Source from job portals, local vendors, and walk-ins

Coordinate onboarding and ensure proper documentation

Maintain trackers and hiring reports

Strong communication & coordination skills

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented hiring environment

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in bulk hiring (logistics/grocery/retail preferred)
