We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will work closely with our HR team and hiring managers to support the full recruitment cycle and help us build a strong workforce, hiring on an immediate basis.
A 6-month internship preceded by employee confirmation.
Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms
Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and documentation
Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and reporting
Students recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment processes
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. (preferred but not mandatory)
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
Exposure to real-time hiring strategies and HR processes
Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation (based on performance)
