We are looking for a Campus Recruiter (NAPS Hiring)

Salary: 18k to 20k to per month for Experience.

As an Intern:- 13k to 15k For 3 Months.

Location: Okhla Delhi

Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers welcome)

Key Responsibilities

✓Coordinate with colleges/ITI institutes for NAPS recruitment drives

✓Conduct screening, interviews, and onboarding of apprentices

✓Maintain documentation as per NAPS compliance

✓Build and maintain strong campus relations

✓Travel to different campuses as needed

Requirements:

•Basic understanding of NAPS process (preferred)

•Ability to handle recruitment documentation

•Graduate in any stream (HR background preferred)
