Key Responsibilities

•Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and job portals

•Screen resumes and job applications

•Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

•Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process

•Maintain recruitment reports and records

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or MBA

•1 to 3 years of recruitment experience preferred

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools

Salary - 18k to 25k CTC
