HR Recruiter

We are looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented HR Executive – Service Partner Recruitment to build and expand our network of skilled service professionals.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard service partners across different service categories.

• Source professionals through calling, job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, referrals and local networks.

• Contact potential service partners and explain the Chutkee platform, work opportunities and onboarding process.

• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location and service category.

• Conduct initial telephonic screening and basic verification.

• Collect required documents and coordinate the partner verification process.

• Complete partner registration and onboarding.

• Follow up with selected partners until they become active on the platform.

• Maintain daily recruitment and partner-acquisition reports.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly partner onboarding targets.

• Build a strong local network of skilled professionals.

• Coordinate with the Operations team regarding partner availability and activation.

• Handle partner queries and maintain good professional relationships.

• Support partner retention and reactivation activities when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, telecalling, staffing, sales, partner acquisition or gig-worker recruitment.

• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

• Excellent Hindi communication skills; English will be an added advantage.

• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.

• Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Additional incentives based on successful service partner onboarding and activation may be provided.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is energetic, confident, persuasive and target-oriented, with strong communication and follow-up skills.

Candidates with experience in recruitment, telecalling, staffing, field hiring, sales, gig workforce or service-partner acquisition will be preferred.
