Job description:
• Source candidates through job portals
• Screen resumes
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Strong understanding of recruitment process.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Maintain employee records - attendance, leave, performance, etc.
• Build and Maintain a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Office timing:- 9:30 to 6:30
Interview timing:- 10 to 5
Shift:- Day shift
Fixed off :- on Sunday
