HR Recruiter

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team at Celebrate Jobs Llp to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹11000 - ₹20000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment – Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, coordination, interviews lena, salary negotiation, and background verification.

  Role mein 85% focus recruitment pe hoga.

  Pre-joining & post-joining formalities – Reference checks, salary slips, offer letter, and documentation.

  Employee grievance handling & problem-solving.

  Entire interview to joining process ka smooth execution ensure karna.

  🧠 Required Skills:

  Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  Strong sourcing knowledge (Job hai, LinkedIn, etc.)

  Good understanding of job portals & recruitment tools

  Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines

  Basic knowledge of HR operations and onboarding formalities

  Strong negotiation & coordination skills

  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
