
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Follow up with candidates and close open positions within defined timelines
Work on bulk hiring / niche hiring based on business requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
Generate daily/weekly hiring reports
