✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding

✅ Maintain accurate employee data, attendance, and HR records

✅ Conduct induction sessions and ensure smooth joining formalities

✅ Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition & retention activities

✅Bulk Hirings

✅ Weekly target

✅ Monthly closer

✅ Self Sourcing

🎯 Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business , or related field

✔️ Excellent verbal & written communication skills

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office

✔️ Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills

✔️ Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience preferrered
