Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience: 2–4 Years (preferably in recruitment consulting)
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & closing candidates.
Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
Manage candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, referrals & databases.
Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling, feedback & offer management.
Ensure joining & smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reporting.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment/consulting (IT/Non-IT).
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to work under targets and timelines.
Knowledge of job portals & sourcing techniques.
