HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Agency & Vendor Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and hiring partners.

Candidate Sourcing:

• Develop a robust talent pipeline using agencies, internal databases, referrals, and external sourcing channels.

Screening & Shortlisting:

• Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and present top candidates to business managers for interviews.

Hiring Targets & Performance Tracking:

• Meet recruitment goals using multiple hiring channels, ensuring a streamlined and efficient hiring experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in recruitment, preferably in a recruitment firm or fast-growing organization.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, onboarding).

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging candidates and hiring partners.

• Proficiency in recruitment databases for tracking and managing applications.
