We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand job requirements and create attractive job postings.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person).
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with onboarding activities for selected candidates.
• Support other HR functions as needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (internship experience also considered).
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
