Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with prior experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment cycles, client coordination, and delivering quality candidates within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Understand client requirements and job descriptions clearly
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
Follow up with candidates and clients regularly
Maintain a strong database of candidates
Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Negotiate salary and close positions efficiently
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in consultancy / agency recruitment
Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Good understanding of various industries (IT / Non-IT / Pharma / etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
