We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team in Vadodara.

Your work is to hire candidates from all over India using job websites and social media.

You will talk to them online, take interviews, and help them get jobs.

📋 Main Work:

* Find candidates on Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.

* Take online interviews on Zoom / Google Meet / Phone

* Send details to clients and take feedback

* Keep records in Excel and daily reports

* Close positions in BDE, BPO, IT, Factory, Retail jobs etc.

🧑‍🎓 Who Can Apply:

Any Graduate (BBA/MBA HR is a plus)

* 6 months – 2 years experience in recruitment

* *Freshers with good speaking skills are welcome

* Must know basic computer, Excel, email

* Must speak Hindi and English
