Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities and finding suitable candidates as per the company’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates
Conducting initial telephonic interviews
Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates
Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups
Assisting in the overall recruitment process

Requirements:

Graduation in any stream (MBA/HR preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment process
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
