We are looking for a motivated and communicative HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and connect candidates with suitable job opportunities through the Job Hai platform.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Contact candidates through the Job Hai app

Explain job roles and responsibilities clearly

Screen candidates based on qualifications and requirements

Schedule interviews (telephonic)

Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates

Handle the hiring process smoothly from start to finish

Maintain candidate data

✅ Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Must have a smartphone and internet access

Basic understanding of recruitment process
