Position: Recruiter – Technical & Customer Support Hiring
Required Candidate Profile • Experience: 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or technical/customer support hiring. • Skills: Expertise in sourcing, assessing, and hiring candidates for technical and non-technical roles using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media. • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO). • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles including Sr. CSA, CSA, Team Leads, Trainers, and Technical Support Engineers. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit. • Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers and operations leads. • Maintain an organized talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement. • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Partner with HR, operations, and training teams to align recruitment with company growth and talent development initiatives. Preferred Skills & Competencies • Strong experience hiring high-volume customer and technical support teams. • Familiarity with technical support roles, customer service, and operational functions. • Proficiency with ATS, recruitment software, and HRIS systems. • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proactive in employer branding, talent sourcing strategies, and process improvements.
