✅ Eligibility

Minimum 1 Year Experience in Blue Collar Recruitment (Mandatory)
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

💰 Salary

₹10,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand (Based on Experience & Performance)

📋 Job Responsibilities

Source and recruit blue-collar candidates (Picker, Packer, Warehouse Associate, Delivery Executive, Helpers, etc.).
Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding.
Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.
Follow up with candidates until successful joining.
Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
Travel to assigned locations for candidate mobilization when required.

🎯 Required Skills

Experience in Blue Collar Hiring is mandatory.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Ability to work under hiring targets.
Willingness to travel within Gurugram and nearby areas.
