HR Recruiter

Job Details: WORK FROM HOME

Salary: ₹10,000 per month + Incentives

Target: You are required to ensure 30 joinings.

Training & Offer Letter:

The first 3 days will be unpaid training.

After successful completion of training, you will receive your offer letter.

Incentives:

Upon achieving 30 joinings, you will be eligible for an incentive between ₹3,000 to ₹5,000.

Meetings:

Two meetings are held daily:

Morning Meeting: At 9:00 AM (for attendance) – duration 5 minutes.

Evening Meeting: At 5:00 PM – for discussions and queries with your senior.

Work Hours:

Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Full-time job)

Job Responsibilities:

Hiring for Picker, Packer through platforms like Job Hai

You are expected to make 100–120 calls per day.

Note:

We do not provide a SIM card or mobile recharge. You are required to use your own mobile and network for official work.
