Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call candidates from recruitment databases, job portals, references and existing candidate lists.

  • Explaining job profile, salary, location and other relevant details

  • Scheduling interviews with the Senior HR

  • Interview confirmation and regular follow-ups

  • Following up with selected candidates until joining

  • Maintaining and updating candidate database and recruitment reports

  • Achieving daily and monthly recruitment targets

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills

  • Confident and professional on calls

  • Good follow-up and convincing skills

  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

  • Target-oriented and proactive approach

  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
