Job Responsibilities -

*Manage end-to-end recruitment for insurance sales, telesales, operations, and support roles.

*Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals (WorkIndia, Job Hai etc.) and social media platforms.

*Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

*Conduct telephonic or virtual interviews.

*Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

*Conduct reference and background checks when required.

*Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding new employees.

*Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
