Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with a primary focus on hiring Sales professionals. The role involves sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales positions.

• Understand manpower requirements and prepare suitable sourcing strategies.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.

• Assess candidates based on experience, communication skills, sales ability, and job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Negotiate and discuss salary, notice period, and other employment terms.

• Ensure timely offer release and joining of selected candidates.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential Sales candidates for current and future requirements.

• Conduct reference/background checks wherever applicable.

• Coordinate with HR and business teams for smooth onboarding of new employees.

• Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines and budgets.

Preferred Qualification

• MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field.

• Prior experience in Sales/Field Sales recruitment will be preferred.
