Job Description

Hiring: HR Recruiter

Location: Chennai

Experience: 6 months to 3 years

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as HR Recruiters. Freshers or Candidates with experience in recruitment or telecalling backgrounds who are interested in building a career in HR are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screening and shortlisting profiles based on client requirements
Conducting initial HR interviews and coordinating further interview rounds
Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups
Managing end-to-end recruitment process

Eligibility Criteria:

6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment or telecalling
Good communication skills in English is must
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals
