HR Recruiter

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments (Sales, Service, Technical, Back Office, Accounts, Workshop, Bodyshop, etc.).

• Prepare and post job openings on various platforms (Naukri, Indeed, Social Media, Campus Drives).

• Source suitable candidates through screening, shortlisting, and conducting telephonic/face-to-face interviews.

• Coordinate with departmental heads for manpower requirements and job descriptions.

• Maintain recruitment MIS, interview tracker, and daily hiring reports.

• Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.

• Manage onboarding process: offer letters, joining formalities, documentation, ID card creation.

• Organize campus recruitment drives and walk-in interviews.

• Ensure smooth induction for new employees and explain company policies.

• Support HR operations like attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee queries.

• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Ensure manpower planning and reduce hiring gaps.

• Support employee engagement activities when required
