Role & responsibilities :
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Create and post job descriptions on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
Travel within the region as needed.
On-site working arrangements depend on the location.
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to find potential candidates.
Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications to create a shortlist of potential hires.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive experience for candidates by providing timely feedback and updates throughout the hiring process. Conduct reference checks, verify employment history, and administer background checks where applicable.
Review large volumes of applications, conduct initial screenings, and identify top candidates based on job requirements.
Organize and participate in job fairs and other recruiting events to attract large pools of candidates.
