Job Description: • Collaborate with HOD’s for curating job description • Sourcing talents through diverse channels • Maintaining daily recruitment tracker • Salary negotiation, offer processing (end to end recruitment) • Support in onboarding and induction • Salary benchmarking, competitor mapping and other HR projects for the region

Education & Experience: Graduate/MBA - HR with 2+ years of experience • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills • Local language knowledge mandatory
