Job Summary

AV Global Advisory Services is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring timely closures and maintaining strong candidate relationships. The role demands excellent communication skills, persistence in candidate follow-ups, and a strong understanding of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various industries.

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and internal databases.

• Conduct outbound calls to candidates to assess suitability and interest levels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Ensure proper documentation and maintain updated records of candidate interactions.

• Achieve assigned recruitment targets within defined timelines.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.

• Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.

• Proficiency in using job portals and MS Office applications.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to work in recruitment may also be considered.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
