Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with around 6 months of experience to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to joining.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Schedule interviews and ensure candidates are properly informed about interview details.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Negotiate and discuss salary, notice period, and other relevant details with candidates.
Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
Maintain recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Qualification
Graduate in any relevant field.
Preferred Profile
6 months – 1 year of recruitment experience.
Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, or other recruitment portals will be an advantage.
