Job Description: HR Recruiter – Stock Market Industry

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in hiring for stock market, broking, trading, or financial services roles. The candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end recruitment and capable of sourcing quality talent within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate pipeline for stock market & broking profiles (Dealers, RM, Sales, Back Office, etc.).

• Handle documentation, offer letters, and onboarding activities.

• Maintain recruitment MIS & daily reports.

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience in the stock market/broking/financial services industry.

• Knowledge of NISM Series certifications and stock market job requirements (preferred).

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
