We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team at Aswini Homeo And Ayurvedic Products Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. Key Responsibilities:

End to end recruitment & Onboarding
Create and update job descriptions.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.

Job Requirements:

Good communication in Hindi & English

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in HR or any graduation with HR recruitment experience
