HR Recruiter

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Technical Recruiters to join our recruitment team. Candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various IT positions. Freshers with excellent communication skills and interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Experience: 0-1 year

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and technical job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain recruitment databases and trackers.

• Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Negotiate salary and assist in offer rollout process.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of MS Office and internet sourcing.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, MBA, B.Tech, BBA preferred).

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.

• Prior recruitment or HR internship experience is an added advantage

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
