We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals while learning end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
Understand basic IT skills and technologies to identify suitable profiles
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements
Conduct initial resume screening and candidate shortlisting
Perform telephonic/virtual HR screening interviews
Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates and interview panels
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
Communicate interview feedback and next steps to candidates
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination
Support background verification and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment reports and MIS data
Learn IT roles such as Developer, Tester, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineer, etc.
Understand recruitment life cycle and best practices
Follow company recruitment policies and compliance standards
Any Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA – HR preferred)
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding or interest in IT technologies
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Willingness to learn recruitment tools and processes
Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
