
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Recruitment team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience who want to build a career in Human Resources.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and coordination.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Conduct initial candidate interactions to assess suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases / ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0–1 year of experience (including internships/trainee roles).
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
