Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, good understanding of hiring processes, and the ability to close positions within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews with department heads/managers.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview updates and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
• Follow up with selected candidates till on-boarding.
• Maintain proper documentation and employee records.
• Support HR operations and other HR activities when required.
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring platforms.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
• Good command over MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Qualification:
• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment is must.
