HR Recruiter – Work From Home (Remote)

Arashi Consultancy is hiring motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. If you have 1–2 years of recruitment experience and enjoy sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, this opportunity is for you.

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, conducting initial telephonic screenings, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate follow-ups, and ensuring successful joining closures. You should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

This is a full-time Work From Home position offering a salary of ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month based on your experience and performance. The monthly hiring target is 20–25 successful joinings.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience
• Laptop (Compulsory)
• Stable Wi-Fi/Internet Connection (Compulsory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
