Job Description – Recruiter (1–3 Years Experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with job portals, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
🔍 Talent Sourcing: Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and internal databases to identify and attract candidates.
📞 Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability based on role requirements.
🤝 Coordination: Schedule interviews, liaise with hiring
📑 Documentation: Maintain candidate records, update recruitment trackers, and ensure compliance with company policies.
🎯 End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
📈 Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
💻 Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.) and MS Office tools.
⏱️ Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet deadlines.
🤝 Good interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
📊 Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
Prior exposure to bulk hiring or niche hiring will be an added advantage.
