The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in high-volume hiring, preferably in BFSI or sales roles.
Understand manpower requirements and job specifications for various sales and support roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, shortlist applicants, and conduct preliminary interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and reports.
Contribute to improving recruitment processes for better efficiency and quality of hire.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in recruitment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and recruitment tools.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
