Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with Plant Head, Production Manager, QC, Maintenance, Sales, and Warehouse teams to understand ongoing and future manpower needs.
· Prepare annual and monthly manpower plans based on production schedules, shift requirements, and seasonal demand.
· Track attrition, absenteeism, and skill gaps to plan replacement or additional hiring.
· Draft job descriptions for technical and non-technical roles such as extrusion operators, fabrication technicians, QA inspectors, maintenance fitters, warehouse staff, and supervisors.
· Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience in UPVC industry.
· Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
· Maintain recruitment dashboards (open positions, hiring status, time-to-fill, hiring cost).
· Provide weekly/monthly hiring updates to HR Manager and Plant Head.
