Job Description

LRT Workforce Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with job seekers, sharing job opportunities, handling candidate queries, and ensuring regular follow-ups to achieve hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential candidates.
Inform candidates about available job openings.
Handle inbound candidate inquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate call records and follow-up data.
Generate candidate leads and support recruitment activities.
Coordinate with candidates until the joining process is completed.

Eligibility Criteria

Fresher and Experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi and Basic English.
Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality.
Basic computer knowledge is required.

Performance Targets

Achieve daily calling targets.
Generate quality candidate leads.
Complete regular follow-ups.
Minimum 15 candidate joinings per month.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹8,000/- per month
Attractive Performance-Based Incentives:
- 5 Joinings – ₹2,000 Bonus
- 10 Joinings – ₹3,000 Bonus
- 20 Joinings – ₹4,000 Bonus
- 25 Joinings – ₹5,000 Bonus
- 30 Joinings – ₹6,000 Bonus
