HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Recruiter to join GetDirect, a fast-growing startup revolutionizing food & beverage ordering through direct restaurant connections.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across different functions while helping build a strong company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds

• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups

• Maintain recruitment database and hiring reports

• Work closely with founders to understand hiring requirements

• Help in onboarding new employees

• Support HR operations and employee engagement activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (0–3 years)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of hiring platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

Preferred:

• Startup hiring experience

• Knowledge of tech/startup ecosystem

• Experience hiring for sales, marketing, operations, and business development roles
