Job Responsibilities:
Handle bulk hiring for Picker Packer positions.
Recruit candidates for multiple locations across Pune.
Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
Ensure timely fulfilment of hiring requirements.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and the operations team.
Job Requirements:
Experience in bulk recruitment or manpower hiring preferred.
Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
