• Screening calls & initial interviews

• Interview scheduling & follow-ups

• Candidate data maintain karna (Excel/ATS)

• Daily reporting & target achievement

• Graduate / Pursuing (HR preferred)

• Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)

• Basic Excel knowledge
