We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Laboratory division. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or diagnostic sector hiring and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding lab professionals including pathologists, lab technicians, phlebotomists, and support staff.
Understand manpower requirements from Lab Managers and Operations Heads.
Source candidates using job portals, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitability.
Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with the Lab team.
Manage offer negotiations, joining formalities, and onboarding processes.
Maintain a database of candidates for current and future requirements.
Develop employer branding strategies to attract top lab talent.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.).
Ensure compliance with HR policies and healthcare hiring standards.
Support other HR activities such as employee engagement, audits, and documentation when required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in healthcare/diagnostic labs.
Strong understanding of lab roles and certifications (e.g., DMLT, BMLT, pathology backgrounds).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and MS Office.
Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
