Location:- Wagle Estate, Thane

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for various roles

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Support HR team in daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers can apply)

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)

• Basic understanding of recruitment tools and platforms

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
