Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, handle bulk hiring, and consistently meet hiring targets while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain recruitment trackers (line-up, turn-up, selection, joining)

• Manage bulk / mass hiring and achieve daily & weekly targets

• Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with candidates

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for interview feedback and offer rollouts

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline

• At least 6 months of recruitment experience (BFSI / Sales hiring preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Comfortable with target-based and bulk hiring
