HR Recruiter

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team A & A Associates to manage the recruitment process for our esteemed clients. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, Calling, Discussing and evaluating them. Share the potential candidates CVs to the clients and help in conduct their interviews. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Sales from Rs.8000-20000 + Reimburshment+Incentives+Superannuation+Bonus and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Source and engage candidates via online platforms.

• Screen resumes, Call and discuss opportunities , Help in conduct interviews.

• Advertise openings on job portals and social media.

• Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification of Graduate and Min Experience 6 months in Recruitment. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must.
