Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and following up until successful joining.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
* Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
* Explain job profiles, salary, location, company details, and other requirements to candidates.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers/clients.
* Regularly follow up with candidates regarding interview status, selection, documentation, and joining.
* Work on multiple vacancies and fulfill hiring requirements within the given timeline.
* Achieve daily and monthly recruitment/joining targets.
* Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports in Excel/HRMS.
* Assist with joining formalities and basic onboarding activities.
Candidate Requirements:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good convincing and negotiation skills.
* Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
* Comfortable with calling and handling candidates.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
* Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
* Candidates with recruitment/staffing experience will be preferred.
