Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-groomed Talent Acquisition Executive with strong English communication skills to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, references, and campus drives
• Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Prepare offer letters, collect documents, and support onboarding
• Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives
• Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports
Required Skills
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional grooming and presentation
• Experience hiring for both IT and Non-IT profiles
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals
• Ability to manage multiple openings under deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
Qualification
Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
